What payment options do you accept?
Almost all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, and Afterpay.
How do the Donation Items work?
When you buy a Watermelon Moth Sticker or Free Palestine Button Pin, all profit made from your purchase is given to whichever donation option you select. The "profit" is calculated as the amount it cost to make subtracted from the amount it's listed for (tax not included).
For every donation sticker bought, $4.70 is given.
For every donation pin bought, $2.56 is given.
All the donation options are selected from the Operation Olive Branch initiative. Here is their master spreadsheet where you can find lists of fundraisers.
Can I choose a fundraiser that isn't on OOB's spreadsheet?
Yes! Just select "Other" in the donation choice list, and put the fundraiser link in the order notes during checkout. Please make sure it's from a verifiable source. I will not donate via any payment platforms such as PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, etc.
How do we know you're actually donating the money?
I have a spreadsheet here that anyone can view, which records the donation funds I've received and which fundraisers the money is given to. If you purchase a donation item (or multiple), you'll see it show up there within the time that it takes me to ship your merch.
Do you make your own products?
I draw all of the designs, but I pay other businesses to manufacture the products for me.
Are all the products already made?
Yep. They're organized into several boxes 4 feet away from me as I type this.
Do you mail the products yourself?
Yes! I package and ship all the orders from my own home.
What percentage of sales do you get to keep?
I keep nearly 100% of the profit from all non-donation items. I pay a flat subscription fee to the website host for certain features, but BigCartel does not take any percentage of your purchase, unlike Redbubble or Tapas Merchshop. Some of the payment processors used to transfer the funds do take a small percentage.
Is your merch only available for a limited time?
Not necessarily. Depending on how well they sell, some items may stay in the shop permanently while others retire after selling out. The items I'm very likely to never restock again are the Sonya and Jolene items, as those don't sell at all except when purchased through bundles. I will also likely discontinue the 'Roses for Fern' art print since it's not very popular, either.
*Are any of your items limited stock?
Yes—the 'Pond Fern' holocard will NOT be restocked after it runs out.
This is because the design is very dark and does not translate well to print. I went through a lot of effort to make sure they looked good, but unfortunately I am not 100% satisfied with the results and will not be ordering them again. This is not the fault of the manufacturer—it's just what happens when trying to print a very dark image that was originally designed for digital use only.
All other items will be restocked when they run out, unless they don't sell very well at all. If that's the case, I'll update this with anything else I decide to stop selling.
UPDATE (4/25) - These are all the items I have decided to NOT restock:
- Holographic 'Pond Fern' card
- 'Roses for Fern' art print
- 'Pocket Cat' Sonya button pin
- 'No Boys' Jolene button pin
- Sonya transparent sticker
- Jolene transparent sticker
- Noxie transparent sticker
- Badger holographic sticker
- Watermelon Moth sticker
Will you be making more products in the future besides what's currently listed?
Probably! You are more than welcome to give any feedback or suggestions for stuff you'd wanna buy.
Who is Badger and why does he have merch?
Badger is my cat IRL and the unofficial mascot of my Discord server! By buying his merch, you can help him in his quest for world domination (to have treats).
In all seriousness, TMP might not exist if I didn't have Badger to emotionally support me over the past years—so you can thank him for your beloved gay fairy content. Also, fun fact: he's a male calico with XXY chromosomes, which makes him intersex and therefore part of the LGBT+ community! Isn't that rad?
Enough about your cat. When is my merch arriving?
Hold your horses—go check the Shipping Info page for all your shipping questions!
Are there any discount promos available?
Not at the moment.
My question isn't answered here!
Shoot me an email here, and I should answer within 1-2 days. Maybe even 1-2 hours if you catch me at a good time.
